In May 2015, this exhibition was held at Taichung’s CMP Block Museum of Arts, promoting the idea that everybody is a designer. This work invited visitors to share their secrets, offering a QR code to a website where they entered their secret. Once the secret was entered, it was translated into Morse code and parsed into light ripples to be projected on a desktop. The ripples would trigger lights hanging above the desktop to glow, with a different pattern triggered for every secret provided. This work digitised and “performed” secrets, creating a unique ripple and light pattern for each confession and demonstrating to each visitor that they are designers.
