Power to the People' exhibition

With its diverse design and interactive content, Power to the People, a brand-new permanent exhibition at Office of the President, Republic of China (Taiwan), introduced Taiwan’s democratic development and social outlook, shifting the superior and cold image of government authority. Through the photo shooting installation near the end of the showroom, visitors could enter their country names and take photos, which were then projected onto the big map, showing Taiwan’s connections to the world. Visitors’ hometowns were tracked by scanning and uploading and it also greeted visitors from worldwide, symbolizing Taiwan’s characteristics-- “convergence” and “friendly”. At the end of the exhibition hall, visitors could make postcards from the photo taken with the Office of the President and send to their family and friends commemorating their visits.
