Mc's Winter-con


Taiwan McDonald’s biennial event invited nearly 5,000 employees around Taiwan to join the camp. Held 7 sessions in a month, Mc’s Winter Con delivered the spirit of the brand to all McDonald’ employees through group competitions, career training, brand exclusive products, and ingenious event planning. In order to create a sense of expectation of the event, digital technology platform was used to deliver the concept of forward through push notifications, digital process guides, personal event websites, and so on, making participating staff experiencing the future trend of information technology, the new style of service experience, and gelling the staff members.
